Overview
Vatika City Central is an upcoming township covering 170 acres in the heart of
Ambala. The township is located in Sec-23 of Ambala and is surrounded by premium
sectors of the city. With close proximity to all the major access points in and
around Ambala, the township offers a mix of group housing, plots, bungalows,
commercial spaces, and retail spaces. Additionally, a 3.4 acre club house with
facilities such as a library, swimming pool, and indoor games will also be part
of the township.

Master-planned by
Satish Khanna Associates, the entire project has been planned in a way that
maintains a perfect balance between greenery and open spaces, with wide roads,
landscaped parks, and harmoniously planned community living. With
close proximity to all the major access points in and around Ambala City , the
township offers a mix of Group Housing, Plots, Bungalows, Commercial and
Retail spaces.

The township will have plots for nearly 1000 families. Some
of these plots will be offered as built up villas. There will also be a Group
Housing Scheme over 10 acres comprising of nearly 508 flats, accompanied by
a separate club house and power back up facilities. Hence the township will
cater to nearly 1508 privileged families.

7 acres has been earmarked for commercial spaces comprising
of an ultra modern Mall spread over 5 acres, the largest so far in Ambala
in addition to office spaces on 2 Acre, further a 2 acres community center
with facilities like the library, swimming pool, indoor games will
be a part of the township . Residents of this township will be privy to
a high school spread over 5 acres and a dispensary.

Apart from this, there will also be local shopping centers at
convenient locations for day to day needs.

The project also offers 50% area as open spaces in form of
theme and landscaped parks. The minimum road width inside the
township will be 40 ft. This concept of wide roads, landscaped parks,
community living would be a first for the Ambala city, making Vatika City
Central the most desired address within Ambala city.
